Go check out the new Vulcan V70 that Miller built for O'Hare that was shown this weekend at the Baltimore Tow Show. I think Miller copied your idea for the third winch underneath the extendable boom.

Would never build a ramp truck, but will build  rollback. Been working on the truck a 2003 Topkick with a d-max and a Allison. Had a heck of a time getting it to shift. It was stuck in limp mode (3rd....

 Tows great. Still haven't finished my axle and spring forks. Try not to front tow, but this one had been wrecked and had a bent axle.
